Dubai South

Dubai South, previously called Dubai World Central, is a large-scale urban development initiative launched in 2006 by Dubai’s government. Spanning 145 square kilometers, it aims to be a self-sufficient city with a population exceeding one million. The area includes Al Maktoum International Airport, which is set to become the world’s largest airport, and the Expo 2020 venue. The development features a variety of residential, commercial, and logistics properties, serving a wide range of businesses and residents. Dubai South is envisioned as a major contributor to Dubai’s economic growth, thanks to its strategic location and top-tier infrastructure.
